Nichole is the Broker-in-Charge and co-owner of Real Property Management Groundpoint. She brings over 16 years of experience in real estate and property management, including long-term rentals, HOA management, sales, and investor-focused property oversight. She has also worked as a military housing inspector, giving her direct experience with property condition standards, compliance requirements, and detailed inspection reporting. That role sharpened her ability to identify issues early, document conditions accurately, and ensure homes meet required living standards.
Throughout her career, Nichole has worked closely with homeowners, investors, tenants, boards, and vendors, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what makes a property successful. She is known for her attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to balance protecting the owner’s interests while maintaining professional tenant relationships.
As a local real estate professional, Nichole is deeply familiar with the Lowcountry market and the operational realities of managing rental property in the area. Her approach is proactive, organized, and transparent, with an emphasis on doing things the right way from the start.
Travis Snyder

Travis is co-owner of Real Property Management Groundpoint and a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with nearly 24 years of service. His military career emphasized leadership, accountability, logistics, and operational discipline, all of which carry directly into the business.
Having relocated frequently during his career, Travis understands firsthand what it means to trust others with a home, whether as an owner or a tenant. That perspective shapes how the company approaches communication, responsiveness, and consistency.
Travis now supports the business through operations, systems, and strategic planning, helping ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable. His background brings structure and reliability to the company’s foundation and long-term vision.
